what happens if i don't use Shampoo and Conditioner? Besides having smelly hair. Because i have pimples and it is bad to use shampoo because the oil gets on my face..... so is my hair gona be weak and fall out or something............no smart *** answers

PS: my hair is very thickWhat happens if i don't use Shampoo and Conditioner? Besides having smelly hair... haha?
use johnson%26amp;johnson baby shampoo %26amp; conditioner. :)

my sister has the same thing and she uses it and its meant to be gentle on skin and it works great on her :)

and if you don't wash your hair you'll probably get more pimples because your hair will get greasy and then the oil buildup from your hair will go on your face and make more pimples :)

thats why people with bangs have to keep them clean, so the oil doesn't go onto their skin :)

hope i helped :)

If you don't use Shampoo and Conditioner you'll more likely to have damage to your hair because shampoo and conditioner is medicine for your hair. Also, if you don't wash your hair properly, you're more likely to get pimples because of the oil build up from your hair. Also, the oil could be soaked in your pillow and blankets, and that could also get on your face.

If you're worried about getting the oils from the shampoo and conditioner on your face, then do those first when you shower/bathe then wash your face properly. Also, cut back on the fried foods and such if you're so concerned with your pimples.

I'd like to add that if you don't wash your hair properly, you could get dandruff, and that really is an upleasant site. OR you could just use soap. =/

-------------------------------- EDITED PART BELOW ---------------------------

Well then the acne might just be an inherited gene issue. If not, then honestly, the foods that you eat DO have a very big impact on acne. Even if you don't eat fried foods, there are a lot of other foods that can cause it. Such as foods high in fat, or oil. Also, to prevent pimples, stay away from touching your face. Also, do NOT pop any pimples. I have learned from a doctor that the more you pop zits and all that, the more they come. If you HAVE to pop them, wash your hands before popping and then apply medicine and a bandage. The reason for the bandage is that a popped zit/pimple is an open wound, and open wounds should never be left without proper care. Also, if you really are worried about the pimples and the cause being your hair, try tying your hair up and avoid having bangs (if you have bangs, clip them so the build up of oil doesn't contact your skin). The doctor has told me to do this, and it has helped A LOT. Also, go to the doctor to get a prescribed medication. OR, you can just start washing your face with just plain body soap (a lot of my friends who have clear skin have never used acne medicine in their lives, and just used soap and water everyday). Also, hot water helps open pores up, so when washing your face, use hot/warm water. Then cold water closes pores, so use cold water as a rinse. I hope this helps in your acne problems. :] But if your acne is severe, i suggest going to a doctor to get a prescribed medication.
Well, when you don't wash your hair, it will get REALLY oily and fast. That will only make your acne a lot worse. You can try using less or no conditioner, because that is probably the root to your oil. The shampoo, if washed out completely, won't cause oils on the face. Good luck.

PS Bangs in the face will really increase acne, so when you're not out and about in public, pulling up the front of your hair and washing your face will help.
it's just a hygiene problem. you wouldn't want for people to think you have no sense of hygiene what so ever and that you smell like a*s. also, i've noticed girls with extremely greasy hair have acne on their face that looks like warts. the grease in your hair transfers to your face and makes your face break out nasty. why would you want that you know what i mean? especially if a problem like that can be easily prevented by just washing your hair!! shampoo doesn't make you break out. the grease from your hair that transfers from your face will. especially since your hair is thick, you shouldn't worry that your hair will thin out tremendously if you wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner. i learned on csi and you naturally lose at least 80 hairs a day and if the large amount of hair you lose freaks you out, just remember that it is normal.
Uh well... If you have pimples, try putting Epsom salt on your face.

But yes, you should wash your hair cause it's going to A) Look bad and greasy.

B)Hard to brush your hair.

C) You can get lice.

Hope I helped.

PS. The pimples may have come by sweat. A lot of pimples appear because of sweat. *just saying cause you said you do a lot of sport.
You have pimples because that's how your skin is. Short of a prescription, tea tree oil is the best thing there is for calming acne. And a more natural facial cleanser and shampoo will make a big difference. Change your pillowcase everyday. Try only washing your face at night, and use the toner to clean face in the morning.

example-

shampoo - just run this over wet hair once or twice. lasts months and you don't have to use it everyday, but you can. smells awesome.

cleanse - this is for acne and so easy to use. can also be used as a spot treatment.

or this one which cannot be used as a spot treatment, but it exfoliates. or get both and use this one twice a week.

tone - spray on a cotton pad and wipe your face morning and night. or as i do, spray your face and wipe with cotton pad or ball.

spot treat as needed -

ps - these shampoos and face bars melt very quickly if not kept dry. just place them somewhere they can drain and air dry after use.
Your hair will get greasy and this will result in more pimples.

Trust me, i've learnt from experience.

What i did is actually washed my hair more often, changed my shampoo to a more chemical-free one, and washed my face after the shower.

Your face probably reacts to there being too many chemicals in the shampoo/conditioner.
Its gonna be greasy.. and ugly.. and people are gonna talk about you lol.
