What Vitamins are essential for healthy hair growth? What is a good shampoo and Conditioner? What is a good leave-in Conditioner? My hair is long, but I want it to grow longer. I am a vegetarian, so my hair does not grow as rapidly as it used to, but I eat a sufficient amount of protein. What vegetarian foods are high in protein?
(Vegetarin- (NOT VEGAN) Means I do not eat ANY Animal, including fish or ANY Sea Creature. I DO eat dairy, such a milk and cheese)
I know about B Vitamins, I use Panteene Pro-Vee shampoo and conditioner, I do NOT dye, bleach, high-light my hair, or use heat appliences on my hair, such as a hair dryer, or curling iron. What Vitamins are essential for healthy hair growth? What is a good shampoo and Conditioner?
While growing out my hair I used this website a lot, I found it really helpful.

The website pretty much explains everything you need to know about growing your hair out faster. I used this website after I had cut my hair off and regretted it. I cut it all to where it was only about 2 inches long and even shorter in some places, it looked horrible and did not turn out how it was supposed to. After about a year of using these tips my hair already grew past my shoulders, my hair had never grew that fast before, I was pretty amazed. And after another horrible hair cut April last year I have been using these tips again. In April 08 it was cut into a pixie like hair cut and now it is past my shoulders.
The best shampoo and conditioner I have ever used is Bed Head Dumb Blonde Shampoo%26amp;Conditioner. I don't have blonde hair, I have dark brown hair but it keeps my hair so moisturized and it feels so healthy. And as for a leave in I like Bed Head Ego Boost. Their products are great in my opinion.
Hope this helps! If you have any other questions feel free to email me. =)What Vitamins are essential for healthy hair growth? What is a good shampoo and Conditioner?
vitamin E and prenatal vitamins help your hair grow very fast, also cut off split ends once every month or so.
as for shampoo and conditioner, it depends on your hair, but anything with vitamin E in it should do the trick
