Its easier to use the 2 in 1 if you don't want to take a long time in the shower.
Its better for your hair to buy them separate. Then sometimes you could not condition your hair to avoid chemical build up. Another way to avoid that would be to have more than one kind of shampoo and conditioner and rotate between them.Is it better to buy the shampoo and the conditioner seperate . or buy the 2 in 1?
I have read that the separates are better for your hair. I have actually read not to use shampoo constantly because it dries out the hair and strips its natural oils. But you can wash your hair with the conditioner alone in between shampoos. The 2 in 1 has the same effect as the shampoo and can strip your natural oils if used regularly.

separate for sure! when you buy the 2 in 1 there isn't enough conditioner so your hair won't be as moisturized as it needs to be
in my opinion, its better to buy the conditioner seperate. i think it works better, for me anyways
