Maybe once a week I will, if it needs it.
every single time!...but many say every other wash is better
Every day... I just use it to detangle my hair...
I use leave in conditioner. My hair is so thick, before I got 6 inches cut off last month, it would take literally 30 minutes to brush it

yep i didnt use to but then i realized what it did and now i use it all the time shampoo cleans it but it leaves it feeling dry and nasty........the conditioner makes it soft and feels good

When I shampoo, I use shampoo. When I condition my hair, I use conditioner. But when I wash my hair, I use shampoo %26amp; conditioner. :-)
