u have splits so u should trim ur hair a little.

Split ends, means you need to go get your hair trimmed, like NOW! If you leave it too long, the split ends will rip all the way up to your root and you'll have to cut it all off to have healthy hair again.





As for oily hair, you need to deep condition the ends, and I'd suggest Herbal Essences' Hello Hydration
