Do u shampoo damp or wet hair? wat about for conditioner?

When shampooing your hair, you wet your hair completelt untill it is dripping wet, then apply the shampoo and wash it. Once you rinse the shampoo out, repeat the shampooing. When applying conditioner, squeeze all of the access water out of your hair and then towel dry after shampooing. Then apply the conditioner. This is because the conditioner will slide out of wet hair and it won't work very well. So... wet for shampoo (twice) damp for conditioner.
