thanksDo color deposit shampoo %26amp; conditioners work?
they won't damage your hair, but, no.. sorry. that's not what they're for. the only reason you would use those is if you were a hint off of the exact color you wanted. you're not there. they wont get rid of a bad beach job. the only way to get rid of that is to do a full color correction.

color deposit shampoo is almost like mixing temporary color with your favorite shampoo. as long as you're using a salon quality (not a drug store quality product. those are horrible for your hair. they tend to have either a very low, or a very high ph which can soften or harden your hair too much and make it very mushy or brittle, ie. unhealthy. even though it's shiny) and most temporary colors aren't damaging to your hair.

the trouble is, they wash out after a few shampoos, which in your case isnt' the desired result. you want to fix a bad bleach job. the only way to do that is to put color back into the hair permanently. i suggest going to the salon.Do color deposit shampoo %26amp; conditioners work?
I would reccomend a demi-permant haircolor or semi-permanent. Demi permanent gives you deposit only color and you can choose a color that you wanted your highlights to be and then the color will go over those and eventually fade. Much less damaging to your hair than permanent haircolor and is the exact same thing used in salons called a ';toner'; when the highlights do not turn the right color or have too much brass, or yellow.. Good luck....
they more or less just enhance the color you already have, not cover up any existing color. i think you are just going to have to dye it.
Im not sure about the shampoos and condidtioners but- if you wash your hair a few times with a non color guard laundry detergent then it will lift the highlights- good luck
idk about that.

but my mom uses it. and it gets rid of a lot of grays.

idk if that helps or not...
