Is it true that it doesn't matter what shampoo you use but you need a good conditioner??

i have dry/damaged hair, and i only shampoo my scalp. the shampoo i use is for dry and damaged hair, but i mostly use it on my scalp so what's the point of getting a good shampoo if you have a quality conditioner??Is it true that it doesn't matter what shampoo you use but you need a good conditioner??
Most people will benefit from a good shampoo as they do not condition every day. Finding a shampoo that works with your hair is the most important thing. Uhhh it does matter with what kind of shampoo you have because it affects the whole texture of the hair and using a good conditioner make the whole team of shampoo and cond. a dynamic duo.








ps. how do you shampoo your scalp and not your hair?
the good shampoo will clean your hair better so your good contioner dosent build up
