How often can you wash your hair after rebonding?Is it necessary to use a conditioner each time you shampoo?

After rebonding, I wash my hair once in 2 days, so that i won't strip the hair of moisture. It's necessary to use a conditioner, as rebonding dries your hair. Also, it's best not to use hot water to wash your hair. as far as possible, use cold water, as it helps to keep the moisture in the hair. Our hair needs all the help it can get, to look silky and straight :)How often can you wash your hair after rebonding?Is it necessary to use a conditioner each time you shampoo?

i got my hair rebonded last december...


after getting ur hair rebonded, u can wet it for the first time after 3 days. However, from my experience, shampooing is not recommended for the first month. After the first 30 days, u can shampoo it as often as u want Also, its better (though not neccessary) to use a shampoo specially formulated for rebonded/chemically treated hair. Using a conditioner each time is not neccessary but it is better to use it coz ur hair tends to be dry. atleast once a day...but for best results and not frizzy texture you may shampoo ur hair every other day and condition it everyday
