I want to get a perm but it dries my hair too much. what shampoo and conditioners would keep it from drying.?

my hair gets really dry and frizzy. i need a shampoo that'll make my hair soft while i have a perm. years ago i had a perm and i used nexus. is that still good for perms?I want to get a perm but it dries my hair too much. what shampoo and conditioners would keep it from drying.?
four main reasons for a perm going frizzy are the rollers are too small for the hair, the perm lotion is too strong, the ';fish hook'; ends are not cut off, and over processing.





as long as you can find a perm specialist who can ensure all the above are done correctly then you will not have frizzy hair after a perm.

get a shower filter, use non toxic products (prodcuts that u could safely eat) also get some non toxic leave in hair oil/greace. :D
