Does tresemme shampoo have a high PH balance? and also does tresemme conditioner have a high PH balance?

We studied this in science and as an example my teacher used tresemme shampoo and conditioner. The results were that the shampoo had 9.5PH level and the conditioner had 10.0PH level.
