if you don't want a lot of chemicals on your hair. try going to the health food store, they sell good shampoo, conditioner, etc. I prefer Burt's bee's, J/A/S/O/N, and shikai. if you just use conditioner, it will leave a residue, even if you use chemical-free. but the most important thing is to read labels.Should i just not use shampoo because of sodium laaureth sulfate? should i just use conditioner by itself?????
Just get shampoo that doesn't have that ingredient in it. Try getting natural shampoo.
