What is the best shampoo and conditioner?

I spend alot of time looking for the best shampoo and conditioner for me. I have a ton that I found doesn't work that well sitting in the shower. There are some that are great, but I just want to know your opinion for the best hair products for me and also what you personally use. My hair is long, dry, sometimes its itchy after one day without washing my hair. Also it gets tangles alot, kinda frizzy, not smooth or silky, and also has split ends and a little dandruff. it lacks shine too. :( And I'm looking for shampoo and conditioners that smells awesome and actrally stays with you all day long or at least 7hrs. Please leave some suggestions and opinions. Thanks! :)

I would suggest Head and Shoulder, smooth and Silky (Pink and White bottle) But you want something that smells good? Well I would you use the head and Shoulders shampoo then go crazy with a fruity conditioner!!!!!What is the best shampoo and conditioner?

It makes your hair smell just clean without any of the flowery perfumey shizz.


It also helps if you have an itchy scalp, i have psoriasis and it helps clear that up too! =] x
Ohh try alba. its in a yelloish orangish bottle and it is amazing! my hair is like urs try it! its sold at like longs whole foods and trader joes and stuff.

i have also tried endless bottles of cheap and expensive but the only one that does me good is pantene or herbal essence
pantene ultra straight shampoo......that's what i use...and for conditioner i use tresseme......

garnier frutis long and strong
