Yes, I just started using it about 2 months ago and I love what it does for my hair.I use the conditioner as well and it makes my hair soft and easy to manage and no tangles after shampooing, the shampoo is good for damaged hair(from coloring,dying) my hair is also growing more, I would say try it.
