Pureology has no alcohol in it. The site is http://www.cutndry.com/pureology.htm and they have lots of different types to choose from. Also you could try an organic brand like Jason or Organix. If you don't like any of these, try making your own hair products so you know what's in them. Some ingredients are apple cider vinegar, olive oil, mayo, banana, avocado, and coconut oil. I cannot think of any particular products off the top of my head, but there are alcohol free hair products. You just have to read the back of the bottle closely.
I have a similarly hard time finding products without alcohol in them, though for different reasons. It's amazing how many products form skin creams to perfumes use alcohol. Try Pureology.
